V-Slot Gantry Plates are available in two sizes. Universal (20mm - 80mm) - This plate was designed to fit on all standard V-Slot sizes. It's a great plate to have and use on your builds! 20mm - This plate was designed to be used when a smaller, lighter plate is desired on the 20mm side of V-Slot.
This is the V-Slot Universal Plate. It can be used on all sizes of V-Slot. 20 x 20mm, 20 x 40mm, 20 x 60mm, 20 x 80mm, C-Beam (40 x 80mm), 40 x 40mm
The idea behind this plate is to simplify construction.
We wanted to ensure that we simplify belt clamping so we have incorporated ‘Fold-Through’ Slots to allow you to easily fold the timing belt teeth back onto themselves and zip tie or clamp them in place.
Two 5 mm slots that allow you to attach spacers for 90 degree belt mounts are located under or on top of the plate. This simplifies the overall building process and allows for quick assembly times of motion systems.
